What is the problem that you are solving?

💡 Fence sitters and other NFT creators have no place to showcase their freshly minted NFT to non NFT web 2 folks.

💡 Onboard fence sitters onto web3 by helping them “make” their first NFT without the need of complex web3 tools.

Why do you want to build this?

💡 Being a newbie in NFT space I struggled for a while overcoming my fears of tech adoption to finally mint my own NFT. There are millions like me who need initiation into new tech.

💡 An app which converts uploaded images into an NFT, lists the NFT on a market place, and makes the NFT shareable. All this without using wallets, cryptos by the end user.

Who is it for?

💡 Fence sitters on web3, casual lurkers, unfamiliar with workings of wallets, cryptos, NFT, etc.

💡 Followers of NFT, crypto, DAO, related handles, members of 1-2 discord groups, or telegram groups, Tweets sometimes about NFTs, has money but no time, non digital natives,

How will it work >> Demo

💡 Organic marketing “30 Secs to make your first NFT” “make NFT without any complex steps”, will bring the user to the app, where we show a GIF of what he can expect from the platform, and a CTA (with an intermediate sign in with google page”) which allows users to upload the photo, add name of the photo, and make payment in local currencies from their bank accounts.. a timer shows that the image is being “minted”.

💡 The uploaded image with a watermark of “minted at simpleNFT dot com and listed on “minted martketplace.com“ is displayed with details of which platform its been listed on it,

💡 Its like a trading game card with labels put on by the platform for the user to showcase that he minted an NFT, shows the link of the NFT on the marketplace. Allow sharing the trading card NFT and link on social media.

💡 Think about all the steps and don’t say a user would do x to experience y

What is happening in this space already?

💡 Any NFT minting platform requires lot of pre-reads, processes, acquiring multiple accounts, understanding of gas fees, which chains to use, how to switch chains, etc. which is way too much for common folks. The hand off from web2 to web3 is too big a gap for most guys.

💡 Almost all minting platforms allow minting only with a wallet, then multiple sign offs on the wallet, which is not suitable for beginners and novices looking into exploration. The process being different from web2 is a steep climb for users who do not understand the mechanics of web3. Even otherwise the non readable nature of the multiple signs on the wallet makes the process even more opaque and untrustworthy.
